上海財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)是一所具有90年悠久歷史的教育部直屬著名財(cái)經(jīng)類(lèi)高等學(xué)府，屬?lài)?guó)家“211工程”重點(diǎn)建設(shè)學(xué)校。上海財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)國(guó)際教育學(xué)院的前身為成立于2004年的留學(xué)預(yù)科學(xué)院。國(guó)際教育學(xué)院，系專(zhuān)門(mén)從事國(guó)外知名高等院校預(yù)科教育和學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)與橋課程培養(yǎng)的二級(jí)學(xué)院。學(xué)院依托上海財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)豐富的國(guó)際教育資源，與國(guó)內(nèi)權(quán)威的留學(xué)事業(yè)單位強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)手，與各國(guó)駐華使領(lǐng)館、官方教育組織、國(guó)外大學(xué)建立了長(zhǎng)期、直接、穩(wěn)妥的合作關(guān)系，引進(jìn)國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的預(yù)科課程體系，為立志出國(guó)留學(xué)的莘莘學(xué)子提供權(quán)威、規(guī)范、經(jīng)濟(jì)、穩(wěn)妥的多種留學(xué)預(yù)科項(xiàng)目。學(xué)院國(guó)內(nèi)合作伙伴為中國(guó)（教育部）留學(xué)服務(wù)中心和國(guó)家留學(xué)基金管理委員會(huì)留學(xué)預(yù)科學(xué)院。國(guó)際合作伙伴包括英國(guó)蘇格蘭學(xué)歷管理委員會(huì)、英國(guó)互動(dòng)大學(xué)、赫瑞瓦特大學(xué)、布魯內(nèi)爾大學(xué)、牛津布魯克斯大學(xué)、法國(guó)蘭斯管理學(xué)院、法國(guó)昂日高等商學(xué)院、瑞典厄勒布魯大學(xué)、荷蘭阿姆斯特丹商學(xué)院、荷蘭海牙大學(xué)、新西蘭維多利亞惠靈頓大學(xué)等40多個(gè)。學(xué)院提供從高中生入學(xué)起點(diǎn)到本科生入學(xué)起點(diǎn)的，包括半年制、一年制和三年制的本科預(yù)科、專(zhuān)升本預(yù)科和碩士預(yù)科項(xiàng)目共計(jì)十幾個(gè)。學(xué)院引進(jìn)國(guó)外合作伙伴優(yōu)質(zhì)的教育資源，依托上海財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)雄厚的師資力量，建立嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系，培養(yǎng)的學(xué)生每年出國(guó)留學(xué)率均達(dá)到90%以上。學(xué)院還廣開(kāi)渠道，為學(xué)成歸國(guó)的學(xué)生提供后續(xù)服務(wù)。
Under the co-operation between the Foundation College of China Scholarship Council (FCCSC) and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE), the International Education College of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (IESUFE) was set up in 2004, with the aim to further guide and standardize the self-sponsored overseas study market, to establish a reputable foundation education system for studying abroad and to offer excellent international education & curriculum system. Established in 1917, SUFE is a prestigious university located in Shanghai, China, focusing on undergraduate and graduate education in business and management. As one of the best universities in Finance and Economic fields in China, SUFE entered the national “211 Project”, a key university system, in 1997. IESUFE is the sole institution collaborating with FCCSC in Shanghai and its neighboring area. IESUFE is a secondary college of SUFE. Supported by SUFE in its generous supply of strong bilingual teaching resources, the college has carefully selected the foreign language training institutions and instructors with rich teaching experience, and adopted an internationally standardized foundation education system for overseas studies, so as to provide high-quality and reliable foundation education for Chinese students who are planning to study abroad. IESUFE has set up a steady partnership with Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE) and Foundation College of China Scholarship Council (FCCSC) in China, and with such foreign institutions and universities as Scottish Qualifications Authority, Interactive University, Hereto-Watt University from UK, Reams Management School from France, Rebro University from Sweden, Amsterdam School of Business from the Netherlands, Victoria University of Wellington from New Zealand etc...By 2007, IESUFE has provided more than 10 foundation programmers ranging from “pre-bachelor” to “pre-master” levels. Each year, more than 90% of the students from various programmers have been successfully transferred to our partner universities aboard to continue further study.
