One-dimension carbon nanomaterials with variant morphologies from ethanol flames were studied systematically by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).

Analysis shows that the higher the concentration of oxygen, the more obvious effects of CO2 dilution, and the lower the concentrations of NO x is; N2 diluted fuel flames mass flow is more effective than dilution air flow to reduce the effects of NOx concentrations.
