《二分之一》（Half and Half），是臺灣東森超所制作播出訪談性綜藝目，自2014年6月16日起播出至節(jié)目以“女的殿堂”為號，呈現(xiàn)大人小男人的話之姿；每皆會邀請來世界各國的性代表（稱“聯(lián)合國型”）與臺灣人（稱為“灣團代表”分享各地文差異、感情價值觀、生經(jīng)驗等等。節(jié)目名稱緣自“新世代女人不論在力、經(jīng)濟、育、工作上不輸男人，些獨立自主女人早已撐半邊天，她有自己的價觀和感情觀我們稱她們‘二分之一’”?
