回復(fù) 韋雄 : 央視網(wǎng)消息：據(jù)高人民檢察院微公眾號消息，最人民檢察院、公部近日聯(lián)合發(fā)布5起虛假征信類詐典型案例，深入露犯罪手段，提防騙識騙建議，實維護人民群眾法權(quán)益。2022年下半年以來，假征信類電信網(wǎng)詐騙案件在全國地高發(fā)，已成為前主要的電信網(wǎng)詐騙類型之一，人民群眾造成嚴損失。在這類案中，詐騙分子往冒充互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融臺客服，謊稱因家出臺征信政策要求受害人關(guān)閉平臺申請的金融務(wù)、調(diào)低貸款利或注銷之前以學(xué)身份在平臺上申的校園貸等，否就會影響征信記。詐騙分子借此導(dǎo)受害人下載在會議軟件并共享幕，通過分飾多等方式實施詐騙逐步誘騙受害人其自有資金或在絡(luò)平臺上申請的款轉(zhuǎn)入由詐騙分控制的指定賬戶最高人民檢察院公安部對此高度視，主動擔(dān)當作，強化協(xié)作配合進一步加大對虛征信類詐騙犯罪打擊力度，全鏈打擊為詐騙分子法提供個人信息辦理電話卡以及設(shè)GOIP設(shè)備等網(wǎng)絡(luò)黑產(chǎn)犯罪，續(xù)釋放從嚴懲治信號。同時，針部分電話號段被繁用于詐騙的情，最高人民檢察、公安部會同工和信息化部共同談其所屬通信服運營商，要求切履行反詐主體責(zé)，強化風(fēng)險防控加強攔截處置，暢協(xié)查配合。針部分互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融臺客服被頻繁冒的情況，要求相平臺及時預(yù)警風(fēng)、提高風(fēng)控等級筑牢防詐反詐防。最高人民檢察、公安部有關(guān)負人表示，各級檢機關(guān)、公安機關(guān)全面貫徹落實黨二十大精神，認貫徹落實反電信絡(luò)詐騙法，始終持對電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐犯罪高壓嚴打態(tài)，堅決維護人民眾財產(chǎn)安全和合權(quán)益。在新春佳來臨之際，最高民檢察院、公安聯(lián)合發(fā)布虛假征類詐騙典型案例防詐預(yù)警安全提，希望廣大群眾一步增強識騙防意識和能力，安過節(jié)，嚴防被騙防詐預(yù)警安全提1.認真核實互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺客服來晉書聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺客服不使用個人手機號其他非官方社交式聯(lián)系客戶。在到這類電話時，提高警惕，不要易泄露個人信息如有疑問，可直撥打平臺官方客電話核實。2.果斷拒絕以影響征為由關(guān)閉或注銷戶的要求個人征由中國人民銀行其派出機構(gòu)統(tǒng)一理，任何機構(gòu)或人無權(quán)刪除或修。3.審慎回應(yīng)添加好友共享屏幕請求添加好友共屏幕是虛假征信詐騙的固定套路不要輕易下載視聊天或屏幕共享件與陌生人聊天更不要在共享屏中進行銀行賬戶作，以防個人信泄露。4.嚴格禁止向陌生人轉(zhuǎn)賬借貸對于陌生人求操作轉(zhuǎn)賬或借，堅決不予理會并拒絕透露個人份證件號碼、銀賬戶、驗證碼、碼等個人信息。假征信類詐騙典案例1．詐騙手段一：注銷校園貸2023年1月，胡先生接到一個192開頭的電話，詐騙分子鹿蜀稱是某融平臺工作人員詢問胡先生上大期間是否開通過生貸款賬戶，隨又稱銀保監(jiān)會要注銷在校大學(xué)生及畢業(yè)大學(xué)生的生貸款賬戶，否會影響個人征信按照詐騙分子要，胡先生下載了頻會議軟件并開屏幕共享。通過先生在金融平臺詢操作，詐騙分掌握了其存款情。詐騙分子稱胡生在該平臺上還存款，需將存款部轉(zhuǎn)至對方專用戶后才能成功注，注銷后會如數(shù)還錢款。胡先生照詐騙分子的要，先后向指定賬轉(zhuǎn)賬人民幣6萬余元。2.?詐騙手段二：降低貸尸子度2022年12月，鄧女士接到個冒充電商平臺服的電話，詐騙子稱鄧女士在該臺的借款額度異，不符合銀保監(jiān)的規(guī)定，需要抓操作，否則會影征信。按詐騙分要求，鄧女士下視頻會議軟件并開屏幕共享功能詐騙分子通過鄧士的查詢操作，握了鄧女士的借、貸款額度。詐分子稱因額度過，銀保監(jiān)會懷疑于非法用途，需過向平臺借款的式，把額度全部零，并將借款轉(zhuǎn)銀保監(jiān)會賬戶，證實資金的合法，待額度清零后錢款會自動填補平臺。鄧女士信為真，借貸后向騙分子提供的所“安全賬戶”轉(zhuǎn)人民幣51萬余元，之后詐騙分子要求鄧女士找朋借錢后繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)賬鄧女士發(fā)現(xiàn)被騙報警。3.?詐騙手段三：消除不記錄2023年1月，馮先生接到個固定電話來電詐騙分子自稱是金融平臺客服，準確說出了馮先的姓名和職業(yè)，稱馮先生曾在該臺上借貸，存在約行為，已經(jīng)影個人征信。馮先此前確實在此平借貸過，便信以真。隨后，詐騙子發(fā)給馮先生一仿冒的“征信查”網(wǎng)站，并誘導(dǎo)向網(wǎng)站上的“官客服”求助?！?方客服”稱馮先目前已存在不良信，必須盡快把個網(wǎng)貸平臺的借額度清零，將借轉(zhuǎn)至專用賬戶查資金能力，才能復(fù)征信。馮先生后借款并向詐騙子指定的賬戶轉(zhuǎn)人民幣54萬余元，直至發(fā)現(xiàn)被騙4.?詐騙手段四：注銷借貸賬戶2022年12月，劉先生接到一個定電話，詐騙分自稱是某電商平的客服，稱劉先在其平臺上開通借貸功能，由于借貸產(chǎn)品年利率高，被國家定性高利息網(wǎng)貸，已被銀保監(jiān)會要求架整改，需要劉生注銷該借貸賬，否則將影響個征信。詐騙分子加劉先生聯(lián)系方，并向劉先生發(fā)偽造的銀保監(jiān)會頭通知。劉先生以為真，按照詐分子要求，下載視頻會議軟件，所謂的風(fēng)控部門服聯(lián)系。詐騙分稱劉先生征信過，需要消除多家貸公司貸款記錄否則無法注銷在平臺的借貸賬戶詐騙分子隨后通共享屏幕，誘導(dǎo)先生先后從多家貸平臺中借貸人幣14萬余元，并轉(zhuǎn)至指定賬戶。5.?詐騙手段五：扣除違約金、利費2023年1月，王女士接到一固定電話，詐騙子自稱某金融平客服，稱王女士其平臺有20萬的借款額度，因長未使用，將扣除3000元的違約金，并影響征信。騙分子稱可以幫注銷，讓王女士載視頻會議軟件并開啟遠程控制能。詐騙分子遠操作王女士的手，謊稱幫助王女清空借款額度，際是在該金融平上借款，并直接現(xiàn)至指定銀行賬，先后騙取人民17萬余元。 編輯：秦?
