Based on the China city network (C-net), this Paper proposes an intra-C-netscheme and a method to link the C-net with the internet.

在中國廣域C網(wǎng)基礎上，提出了中國C網(wǎng)內聯(lián)網(wǎng)（IntraC）及中國C網(wǎng)與Interne互聯(lián)的解決方案，并實現(xiàn)了中國C網(wǎng)基礎上的超文本信息傳輸與測覽，解決了中國C網(wǎng)信息超級鏈接及站點超級鏈接等技術問題。
