Through analyzing the experimental data,the quantitative dependence of resistance varying-ratio on cutting-length varying-ratio of transverse-cutting is gotten,and the function of them when cutting-length varying-ratio is less than 55% is fitted.

通過實驗數(shù)據(jù)分析得出激光橫向切割的長度變化率與阻值變化率之間的定量結論 ,并擬合了有效橫向切割長度的阻值變化率與切割長度變化率之間的關系函數(shù) ,二者能夠為提高調(diào)阻精度和調(diào)阻效率提供控制依據(jù)。

Based on analysis of the causes,method for reducing heated length variation as well as simplified identifying approach are proposed aiming at its technological process.

加熱長度變化率是國家標準規(guī)定的塑料地板磚的物理性能指標之一,目前不少產(chǎn)品此項指標未能達到國家標準。
